This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kansas.
• Collect payments on assigned overdue accounts.
• Review documentation related to accounts.
• Reach out to customers/clients via phone and/or written communication.
• Set up repayment plans.
• Reduce potential losses for the organization.
• Work schedule is Monday and Thursday from 12pm–9pm; Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday from 8am–5pm, with a rotating Friday every three weeks, Central Time.
• High school diploma or its equivalent.
• Two to three years of experience in collections and/or customer service roles.
• Solid understanding of loan collection policies, fair debt collection practices, and relevant laws.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills.
• Capability to identify and resolve exceptions effectively.
• Proficient in organizing and interpreting information.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Must adhere to U.S. Bank policies and procedures, including the Code of Ethics and Business Conduct, as well as workplace conduct and safety regulations.
