This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Respond to all incoming calls promptly and in a friendly, energetic manner.
• Clarify the organizational structure and eligibility requirements to both potential and current members.
• Provide knowledgeable responses to clinical inquiries while identifying and addressing the needs of callers.
• Ensure all requests are managed and completed effectively.
• Conduct client Biopsychosocial Assessments utilizing motivational interviewing techniques to assess program eligibility.
• Arrange initial intake appointments through the Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system.
• Facilitate an efficient client intake process.
• Coordinate with clinic coordinators regarding client no-shows.
• Create a positive experience for members and foster therapeutic relationships.
• Perform additional duties as assigned according to business requirements.
• High school diploma or equivalent is mandatory.
• An associate's degree is preferred.
• At least 1 year of experience in human services, healthcare, or a customer service role is required.
• Experience in retail, medical, or hospitality sectors is preferred.
• Must possess a friendly, clear, and effective phone communication style.
• Strong critical thinking and judgment capabilities are essential.
• A willingness to learn best practices for treating opioid dependency is necessary.
• Ability to manage tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
• Proficient telecommunication skills and comfort with various IT systems, applications, and tools are required.
• Strong customer service orientation is essential.
• Ability to work independently with general supervision is required.
• Understanding and adherence to the Code of Conduct is necessary.
• Reliable internet and telephone services are required, including a minimum of 10M download and 5M upload speeds.
• A strong WiFi signal from the remote work location is essential.
• Must fulfill pre-employment requirements and comply with applicable state and job-related background screening guidelines.
• Depending on state-specific requirements, fingerprinting, drug testing, health screening, CPR/Basic First Aid, and license/credential verifications may be necessary.
• The ability to talk and hear is required; frequent sitting and use of hands and fingers; occasional standing, walking, and reaching are also necessary.
• Close vision capability is required.
• Base pay ranging from $19.00 to $21.00 per hour.
• Paid time and a half for working a minimum of 3 company holidays each year.
• Required to work on at least 2 company mental health days annually.
