This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Responsible for legal advice and representation in tenancy law

• Liaising with clients and conducting consultations

• Negotiating with opposing parties and lawyers

• Drafting legal documents, including lawsuits, pleadings, contracts, etc.

• Independently managing cases, including court appearances

• Collaborating with internal teams

• Contributing expertise to the product development process

⛳️ Requirements

• Licensed attorney in Germany

• At least 1 year of experience (preferably in tenancy law)

• Pragmatic and solution-oriented approach to work

• Strong motivation to shape the legal market

• Careful and conscientious work ethic

• Strong ability to prioritize tasks

• Entrepreneurial mindset

• Willingness to learn and take responsibility

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
