Real Estate Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Assess and analyze potential retail locations through collaborative strategies, market research, customer demographics, and competitive analysis.

• Engage in the negotiation of purchase and leasing agreements.

• Conduct financial assessments and due diligence on prospective locations.

• Reach out to current fuel stations and arrange meetings with the Real Estate team.

• Execute market research concerning retail property trends, prevailing market conditions, and competitor activities.

• Formulate and implement real estate strategies that promote company growth and regional expansion.

• Offer insights on market conditions, site selection, and financial strategies.

• Prepare, monitor, and adjust virtual tour documents as they progress through company state gates to opening.

• Collaborate with senior management, Network Planning, store operations, and various stakeholders.

• Aid in managing relationships with developers, brokers, landlords, architectural and engineering firms, signage companies, and government entities.

• Compile pipeline, NNN brokerage activity, and competitive landscape reports and updates for senior leadership.

• Participate in industry events such as local ICSC.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (4-year degree).

• Over 2 years of relevant work experience.

• Strong leadership abilities with a proven track record of driving business growth.

• Proficient negotiation and financial analysis skills, including complex deal structuring.

• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking capabilities.

• Knowledge of commercial leases, property management, and the retail development process.

• Ability to collaborate effectively across functions with senior leadership, planning, legal, finance, and operations teams.

• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the capability to influence executive decision-making.

• Proven expertise in Word, Excel, and other Microsoft Office suite applications.
