Real Estate Credit Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Conduct legal assessments of real estate financing activities for Caixa Econômica Federal.

• Review and verify documentation for buyers, sellers, properties, and relevant parties.

• Examine property registration documents (matrículas), certificates, deeds, articles of incorporation, powers of attorney, and other necessary documents for formalization.

• Identify and document any legal and documentary issues that require resolution during the process.

• Oversee compliance with Caixa's requirements and regulations for the approval and contracting of operations.

• Coordinate with notary offices (cartórios), banking partners, real estate agencies, and clients to ensure proper documentation is in order.

• Guarantee adherence to deadlines and legal stipulations for transactions.

• Draft legal opinions and analytical reports as needed.

• Track registrations, annotations (averbações), and contract terminations.

• Offer technical assistance to commercial, operational, and formalization teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed or ongoing Bachelor's degree.

• Familiarity with systems: Caixa Aqui, Siopi, and Ciweb.

• Experience in legal analysis related to real estate financing at Caixa Econômica Federal.

• Understanding of real estate, registry (registral), and contract law.

• Proficient in analyzing property registration documents, certificates, and real estate paperwork.

• Knowledge of Caixa's housing initiatives and financing options.

• Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

• Advantageous: Experience in real estate credit consulting, Caixa correspondents, or other financial institutions.

• Familiarity with systems utilized in housing programs and real estate financing procedures.

• Experience with electronic registration and notary (cartório) processes.
