This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.

• Conduct home showings, manage open houses, and participate in property inspections.

• Possession of a real estate license in the state where you will be working.

• Commitment to exclusively affiliate your license with Redfin.

• Access to a smartphone, laptop, and GPS, or willingness to obtain these tools.

• Readiness to join the local MLS and Realtor Association.

• Dependable transportation is essential.

• Capability to travel within your designated market area.

• Background checks will be conducted in compliance with applicable laws.
