This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Evaluate user requirements and address inquiries and challenges in partnership with the technology team;

• Engage directly with candidates to deliver a more personalized service experience;

• Develop, consolidate, and oversee KPIs to enhance efficiency and service quality;

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong sense of ownership: candidates who can take full responsibility for a critical aspect at Gupy;

• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities, robust critical thinking skills, and a customer-oriented approach;

• Proficient in Advanced Excel;

• Availability for 6 hours daily with flexible scheduling options;

• Some familiarity with programming and/or website development is advantageous.
