This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Assess user requirements to address inquiries and challenges in partnership with the technology team;

• Engage directly with candidates to deliver a more personalized service;

• Develop, consolidate, and oversee KPIs to enhance efficiency and service quality;

⛳️ Requirements

• Ownership mentality: capability to take complete responsibility for a crucial aspect at Gupy;

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, robust critical thinking, and a customer-oriented approach;

• Proficiency in advanced Excel;

• Availability for 6 hours per day, with flexible scheduling;

• Some experience in programming and/or website development is advantageous.
