This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Evaluate user requirements and collaborate with the technology team to address inquiries and resolve issues;

• Engage directly with candidates to deliver a more personalized and human-centered service;

• Develop, consolidate, and oversee KPIs to enhance service efficiency and quality;

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong sense of ownership: capable of taking complete responsibility for a vital area within Gupy;

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, robust critical thinking abilities, and a customer-oriented approach;

• Proficient in advanced Excel;

• Some background in programming and/or website development is advantageous.
