React Native Developer, Mid/Senior

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Romania.

📋 Description

• Create solutions that assist global organizations in safeguarding their workforce and ensuring operational continuity.

• Develop dependable, secure, and scalable systems aimed at operational resilience and critical-event responses.

• Design intuitive, responsive, and user-friendly mobile experiences that cater to various screen sizes and device types.

• Enhance application performance, reliability, and scalability.

• Implement monitoring, analytics, and performance tracking for applications.

• Facilitate localization and multilingual capabilities.

• Maintain technical documentation, operational manuals, and the internal knowledge repository.

• Collaborate effectively with Product, Backend, Design, and other cross-functional teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years of professional experience in React Native development.

• Strong commercial experience with React Native.

• Practical experience with the Expo framework.

• Proficiency in writing clean, scalable, and maintainable code.

• Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum development methodologies.

• Experience using Jira and Confluence.

• Familiarity with mobile application architecture and best development practices.

• Experience with REST API integration.

• Experience in building and maintaining mobile applications with React Native and Expo.

• Proven ability to collaborate with Product, Backend, and Design teams.

• Strong attention to detail.

• Excellent problem-solving capabilities.

• Effective communication and collaboration skills.

• Self-driven with a commitment to continuous learning.

• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team-oriented environment.

• Nice to have: experience in native mobile development using Swift and/or Kotlin.

• Nice to have: expertise in mobile performance optimization and debugging.

• Nice to have: knowledge of mobile analytics and monitoring tools.

• Nice to have: experience in publishing applications to the App Store and Google Play.
