React Native Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Design and maintain mobile applications utilizing React Native.

• Engage in Android application development, integrating with RESTful APIs and SOAP web services.

• Participate in the analysis and specification of both functional and non-functional requirements.

• Create responsive interfaces with an emphasis on usability and user experience (UX).

• Implement integrations with external services and databases such as SQLite and SQL.

• Adhere to best practices in architecture, versioning, and code organization.

• Execute and automate unit, integration, load, and performance testing.

• Operate within an agile environment employing Scrum, Kanban, XP, and TDD methodologies.

• Assist in the app release and maintenance processes on Google Play.

• Contribute to ongoing improvements in performance, security, and quality.

• Participate in technical decision-making and advocate for development best practices, quality, performance, and user experience in strategic projects.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in IT or a related discipline; postgraduate studies in Technology are an advantage.

• Extensive experience with React Native.

• Proficiency in Android development, including Android SDK and Android Studio.

• Experience in integrating RESTful APIs and SOAP web services.

• Familiarity with hybrid development using HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript.

• Knowledge of SQL and SQLite databases.

• Experience with version control systems such as Git and/or ClearCase.

• Familiarity with agile methodologies including Scrum, Kanban, XP, and TDD.

• Understanding of relational data modeling.

• Knowledge of software testing practices and test automation.

• Comprehension of UX principles and usability.

• Experience with app publication on Google Play.

• Additional experience with Node.js, AngularJS, Ionic, Sencha Touch, Jenkins, Maven, Gradle, Nexus, IBM MobileFirst, Flutter/Dart, and CI/CD tools is a plus.

• Experience in large-scale projects or complex corporate environments is advantageous.
