React Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Evaluate user requirements to address inquiries and challenges in cooperation with the technology team;

• Engage directly with candidates to deliver a more personalized service experience;

• Develop, consolidate, and oversee KPIs to ensure service efficiency and quality;

• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities, strong analytical skills, and a customer-oriented approach;

• Proficient in advanced Excel;

• Availability for 6 hours per day with flexible scheduling options;

• Some background in programming and/or web development is advantageous.
