This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Accountable for facilitating the complete operational workflow of client R&D tax submissions.
• Oversee accounting and financial documentation.
• Coordinate the onboarding process for clients and handle follow-up communications.
• Ensure all submission requirements are meticulously prepared and systematically organized.
• Request necessary documentation from clients in a timely manner.
• Liaise with client accountants to acquire tax and financial data.
• Prepare documents for technical review discussions.
• Utilize meeting transcripts to draft initial summary documents.
• Collect and arrange pertinent financial information.
• Generate R&D tax schedules.
• Maintain updated project management tools with current client statuses.
• Create weekly reports detailing work progress and upcoming deadlines.
• Follow up with clients for feedback after the completion of projects.
• A minimum of 5 years’ experience in accounting, tax administration, bookkeeping, or offshore accounting support.
• Strong comprehension of accounting records, tax processes, and financial documents including P&Ls, payroll summaries, invoices, and general ledgers.
• Proficient in using Xero, Excel, and Google Sheets.
• Exceptional written English skills with confidence in communicating with clients and accountants via email.
• Highly detail-oriented, organized, and capable of working independently using checklists and workflows.
• Experience in supporting Australian accounting firms, tax agents, or professional services firms is strongly preferred.
• Must be comfortable with consistently following up with clients and accountants in a professional manner without requiring constant prompting.
