QuickBooks Systems Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Examine our current QuickBooks configuration and pinpoint areas that could be enhanced.

• Evaluate our existing invoicing management and propose a more efficient approach.

• Assist in establishing improved invoicing workflows and automation within QuickBooks.

• Provide insights on finance system best practices and guide the team on utilizing QuickBooks more effectively.

• Offer recommendations on reporting, balance sheet accuracy, and data integrity.

• Aid the finance team through practical training and knowledge dissemination.

• Suggest enhancements to minimize manual administration and boost process efficiency.

• Deliver clear recommendations on necessary changes, implementation strategies, and ongoing practices for the team.

• Potentially offer future ad hoc support as a trusted QuickBooks expert.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience with QuickBooks Online.

• QuickBooks ProAdvisor certification is highly preferred.

• Proven track record in enhancing finance systems, workflows, and processes.

• Strong grasp of invoice automation and best practices for QuickBooks.

• Capable of reviewing an existing setup and confidently recommending improvements.

• Comfortable providing training and practical guidance to finance teams.

• In-depth knowledge of accounting processes, including invoicing, reporting, and balance sheet precision.

• Experience working with SMEs or expanding businesses is advantageous.

• Ability to communicate clearly and explain technical finance system processes in an accessible manner.

• Available for an initial short-term freelance or consultancy engagement.
