Quantity Surveyor, Mid-Level

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Create Bills of Quantities (BOQ)

• Measure quantities from engineering drawings

• Develop construction cost estimates

• Support tender submissions

• Assess subcontractor quotations

• Track project costs and variations

• Prepare progress payment claims

• Assist in contract administration

• Maintain cost databases

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or Construction Management

• 3–6 years of relevant experience

• Proficiency in CostX, Cubit, Bluebeam, Excel, or similar software

• Solid understanding of FIDIC or other standard construction contracts

• Strong numerical and analytical capabilities
