Quantity Surveyor, COINS Experience Required

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Assist in the financial and commercial oversight of infrastructure projects

• Generate cost reports and financial data for projects

• Oversee subcontract management

• Handle variations and manage payment claims

• Conduct forecasting activities

• Aid in future recruitment initiatives through a pool of interested candidates

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in Quantity Surveying or commercial roles

• Experience in Australian infrastructure, particularly in water, wastewater, utilities, electrical, or civil projects

• Required experience with COINS ERP

• Familiarity with CVRs, cost reporting, subcontract management, variations, and payment claims

• Proficient in Excel and commercial reporting

• Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field
