This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Develop and implement quantitative research projects that tackle intricate user experience challenges.
• Lead or assist in a diverse array of quantitative methodologies and analyses.
• Exhibit a strong understanding of research methodologies.
• Collaborate with panel and recruitment vendor partners on designing samples.
• Program and conduct quality assurance on surveys using a programming platform.
• Appropriately utilize descriptive, inferential, and multivariate statistical techniques.
• Go beyond merely reporting data findings to interpreting their implications for product and experience strategies.
• Clearly convey insights to various audiences.
• Create compelling data visualizations and well-organized deliverables.
• Provide mentorship to junior colleagues.
• A Bachelor's degree in a field related to human behavior (HCI, Psychology, Sociology, Economics, Market Research, Statistics, Computer Science, or similar) with 4+ years of relevant experience; or a Master's or PhD in a related discipline with 2+ years of relevant experience.
• Over 7 years of quantitative research experience, ideally within a consulting or agency setting.
• Proven, significant expertise in quantitative UX research methodologies.
• Skilled in using a survey programming platform (e.g., Qualtrics, Alchemer).
• Capability to apply descriptive, inferential, and multivariate statistical techniques appropriately.
• Proficient in at least one statistical analysis or data visualization tool (e.g., Q Research, DisplayR, SPSS, R, Python).
