Quality Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Perform comprehensive quality control audits of utility structures following inspection and restoration activities.

• Confirm that field operations have been executed in line with set specifications and procedures.

• Assess and audit job documentation for accuracy, completeness, and adherence to contractual and company standards.

• Collaborate directly with field operations to facilitate inspection and testing processes.

• Spot opportunities for quality enhancements and assist in ensuring services surpass client expectations.

• Work in outdoor environments and travel within the country, typically 1–4 nights from Monday to Friday, with occasional extended trips lasting up to 10 days.

⛳️ Requirements

• Applicants must reside in the Northeastern United States.

• Background in utility operations, construction, or a related sector is required.

• Exceptional attention to detail along with strong analytical skills.

• Capability to work independently and juggle multiple priorities.

• Valid driver's license.

• Completion of a QC Auditor Training Program or at least one year of prior QC experience.

• Physical ability to sit, stand, walk, and occasionally bend, crouch, kneel, squat, stoop, reach, and lift up to 25 pounds.

• Comfort working with or around chemicals, energized electrical conductors and equipment, concrete, preservatives, and coatings.

• Willingness to work outdoors in adverse weather conditions, including heat and humidity, freezing temperatures, and on uneven surfaces.

• Relevant certifications are preferred.

• Prior experience in utility structure inspection or maintenance is preferred.
