Quality Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Perform comprehensive quality control audits of utility structures after inspection and restoration activities.

• Ensure that all field operations are executed in accordance with established specifications and procedures.

• Assess and verify job documentation for accuracy, completeness, and adherence to contractual and company standards.

• Enhance quality operations by collaborating directly with field teams.

• Identify areas for improvement and assist in delivering services that surpass client expectations.

• Work in outdoor environments, facing various weather conditions, terrains, and potential hazards.

• Travel within the country, typically spending 1–4 nights away from home from Monday to Friday, with occasional extended trips lasting up to 10 days.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be a resident of the North Eastern United States.

• Background in utility operations, construction, or a related discipline.

• Exceptional attention to detail and strong analytical capabilities.

• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks effectively.

• Valid driver's license required.

• Completion of the QC Auditor Training Program or a minimum of 1 year of prior QC experience is necessary.

• Capability to sit, stand, and walk on a regular basis.

• Ability to occasionally bend, crouch, kneel, squat, stoop, reach, and lift up to 25 pounds, as well as work with or near chemicals.

• Willingness to work outdoors in adverse weather, high heat and humidity, freezing conditions, and uneven ground.

• Comfortable working around preservatives, coatings, chemical substances, concrete, energized electrical conductors, and machinery.

• Relevant certifications are preferred.

• Previous experience in inspecting or maintaining utility structures is preferred.
