Quality Review Specialist I

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Accountable for conducting quality assessments of data housed in client files and/or company production systems, ensuring that the captured information is both precise and free of errors.

• Analyzes quality reports to detect trends, issues, and root causes, providing recommendations for improvements.

• Engages in the implementation of quality processes to guarantee that operations maintain the highest standards.

• Executes a variety of support functions to facilitate departmental operations.

• Adheres to clearly outlined procedures to fulfill daily tasks and responsibilities.

• Applies existing protocols to resolve basic issues without frequently needing to exercise discretion.

• Utilizes fundamental communication skills to engage with internal and/or external clients and/or team members.

• Functions as an individual contributor under direct supervision, with limited autonomy.

• Carries out any other duties assigned by management.

• A high school diploma is mandatory.

• A Bachelor’s degree is preferred.

• Generally requires 0-2 years of relevant work experience.
