Quality Process Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and automate quality analytics reports utilizing business intelligence tools and databases to facilitate performance monitoring.

• Collect and track production metrics, analyzing data sets to uncover trends and create actionable business insights.

• Produce ongoing reports regarding team productivity and operational processes, including volume tracking and workload management.

• Oversee technical workflows and documentation through Jira, managing tickets for analytics and communicating requirements between operations and engineering teams.

• Coordinate quality escalations by reviewing trends related to issues such as process changes or panel state updates.

• Supervise compliance and quality records, including NCRs, CAPAs, amended reports, and incidents related to HIPAA.

• Assist in process mapping initiatives and identify opportunities for ongoing quality and process enhancements.

• Employ SQL and statistical packages for data analysis, scripting, and hypothesis testing (e.g., AQLs).

• Implement and oversee Statistical Process Control (SPC) to uphold high-quality production standards.

• Contribute to organizational training initiatives and ensure adherence to HIPAA/PHI privacy and security regulations.

• Meet established deadlines with accuracy and a sense of urgency in a fast-paced environment.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in science, engineering, or a related field. An equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.

• Over 1 year of overall data-centric experience preferred; ideally in business data analysis.

• Familiarity with reporting packages (such as QlikView, PowerBI, Business Objects, etc.) is an advantage.
