Quality of Life Consultant – Junior

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Implement corporate quality of life and occupational health initiatives and events for Vital Work’s client and partner portfolio;

• Source professionals for the execution of occasional activities;

• Facilitate coordination meetings for activities and events with clients, health insurance brokers, and contracted professionals using remote meeting platforms;

• Oversee the execution of events remotely with clients and partners;

• Generate management reports detailing event execution and outcomes;

• Maintain oversight of event information for the client portfolio, including financial details (payment of professionals), utilizing the area’s control spreadsheet;

• Carry out administrative tasks associated with the events under your jurisdiction;

• Assist in the development and enhancement of new products and processes within the area;

• Foster a close and collaborative relationship with Vital Work’s clients and partners;

• Work alongside and support the team in event delivery as needed, and contribute to other areas when requested.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a health-related discipline; candidates with degrees in people management, customer relations, or events will also be taken into account.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint;

• Competence in utilizing remote meeting tools (e.g., Google Meet, Zoom, and Teams);

• Excellent organizational skills with the capacity to manage multiple operational demands;

• Strong time management and prioritization abilities;

• Strategic mindset applied to execution and process enhancement;

• Prior experience in corporate wellness and occupational health and/or client relations (brokers and health plan operators) is advantageous;

• Agility in execution and flexibility to adapt to the area’s requirements;

• Clear and professional communication with diverse audiences (clients, partners, and professionals);

• Accountability and dedication to deliverables;

• Empathy in interactions with clients, partners, and professionals;

• Proactive in identifying needs and facilitating solutions;

• Strong organization and attention to detail in task execution.
