
Quality Control Representative – Heavy Equipment/Specialty

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Mexico.
• Assess Specialty claim files for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with both company and client-specific standards.
• Detect errors, inconsistencies, and areas for enhancement; document findings accordingly.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory and client requirements.
• Engage in special projects and initiatives aimed at process improvement.
• Support internal or external audit preparation as necessary.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
• A bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university is preferred.
• At least 2 years of experience in claims, auditing, or quality assurance.
• A minimum of 1 year of appraisal experience or a suitable combination of education and experience.
• Experience in customer service or insurance settings is preferred.
• Strong oral and written communication abilities.
• Proficiency in PC applications, including Microsoft Office products.
• Strong analytical and interpretive skills.
• Excellent organizational abilities.
• Capacity to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Capability to meet or surpass Performance Competencies.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities concurrently and meet deadlines.
• Computer keyboarding skills.
• Willingness to travel as required.
