Quality Control Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Egypt.

📋 Description

• Ensure the precision, thoroughness, and quality of mortgage-related documentation.

• Execute detailed reviews of new documents and updates made by Document Developers.

• Confirm that all specifications have been satisfied and that deliverables comply with set standards.

• Conduct independent testing to evaluate customer impact, ensuring that all modifications are carried out safely and accurately.

• Collaborate closely with Document Developers to identify problems, clarify necessary corrections, and encourage ongoing improvement.

• Transfer validated output through development, staging, and production environments utilizing proprietary tools.

• Outstanding attention to detail.

• Proficient in business-level English, with a solid understanding of English writing conventions.

• Background in quality assurance, testing, and validation of technical or document-oriented deliverables.

• Capability to interpret and verify business and compliance requirements against completed tasks.

• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities essential for providing feedback and guidance to colleagues.

• Experience or familiarity with SQL databases and queries.
