Quality & Compliance Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Evaluate creative materials for MLR compliance prior to client Medical, Legal, and Regulatory review.

• Conduct final quality assessments on approved landing pages, advertisements, emails, and creative assets before their launch.

• Oversee Veeva Vault PromoMats workflows, which include annotations, claims, references, submission tracking, and 2253 filing packages.

• Uphold brand, design, style guide, copy, and approved-claims standards across healthcare deliverables.

• Develop, sustain, and enhance QA standards, checklists, compliance guides, and review processes.

• Manage Asana boards and track deliverables effectively.

• Coordinate schedules, feedback loops, task management, client stakeholders, points of contact, and cross-channel project managers.

• Systematize client-provided assets within Power Digital’s file structure.

• Utilize AI technologies to improve and optimize business operations.

• Leverage Power Digital’s Nova ecosystem for departmental initiatives.

• Meet established quality KPIs, including first-pass approval, turnaround time, pre-launch error rate, filing accuracy, and current QA documentation.

⛳️ Requirements

• Advanced proficiency in both spoken and written English is essential.

• Minimum of 4 years in healthcare or pharmaceutical creative production, whether in an agency or in-house setting.

• Direct involvement in MLR review workflows is required.

• Familiarity with FDA OPDP guidelines and 21 CFR 202 is necessary.

• Understanding of fair balance, ISI placement, and the rules pertaining to branded, unbranded, and disease-awareness content, as well as 2253 filing requirements.

• Veeva Vault PromoMats experience is strongly preferred, encompassing annotation, claims management, and submission tracking.

• A keen eye for brand consistency, design quality, and copy accuracy across paid social media, display ads, landing pages, and emails.

• Capability to document, maintain, and enhance QA standards independently.

• Ability to provide clear and actionable feedback on creative work from designers, copywriters, and freelancers.

• Proficiency with Asana or similar project management tools.

• Experience collaborating with project management teams in a dynamic agency environment.

• Bonus: Certification in Veeva PromoMats, experience in modular content strategy, or work with both pharma-regulated and non-regulated healthcare clients.
