Quality Assurance Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.

📋 Description

• Perform thorough quality assurance audits across clinical and operational workflows.

• Evaluate documentation, reports, and case materials for precision, compliance, and adherence to healthcare standards.

• Employ QA audit tools and platforms, such as CentralReach and Rethink, to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.

• Interpret and implement healthcare regulations and standards in diverse scenarios and cases.

• Offer clear and constructive feedback along with recommendations for enhancements.

• Utilize Excel and other tools to analyze data, track trends, identify risks, and facilitate decision-making.

• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to uphold and enhance quality standards.

• Develop and improve QA processes, frameworks, and documentation.

• Convert complex findings into clear, concise, and actionable insights for stakeholders.

• Oversee multiple audits and projects concurrently using project management tools.

⛳️ Requirements

• Prior experience in quality assurance, healthcare administration, compliance, auditing, or a related field is preferred.

• Experience in ABA or healthcare is a significant advantage.

• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.

• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.

• Proficient in reviewing substantial amounts of information and spotting discrepancies.

• Strong skills in spreadsheets and computer applications.

• Capacity to maintain confidentiality when dealing with sensitive information.

• Strong commitment to follow-through and accountability.

• Ability to work independently while consistently meeting deadlines.

• Comfortable providing professional and constructive feedback to colleagues.

• Strong analytical skills and problem-solving capabilities.

• Availability to work US hours (9:00 AM–5:00 PM EST).
