This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.
• Assist Innovation Coordinators in formulating plans, which may include offering guidance in utilizing a person's first language and establishing clear and concise objectives.
• Create and maintain an up-to-date database of inspections, corrective action plans, due dates, and other essential information needed for tracking quality requirements within the programs.
• Conduct regular training sessions for all staff concerning quality requirements.
• Adhere to the standards and regulations set forth by the Tennessee Department of Disability & Aging, ensuring compliance with all relevant policies and procedures within the programs.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to successfully pass a background check upon hiring.
• Possession of a valid driver's license.
• Valid vehicle insurance is required.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university, accompanied by two (2) years of experience in quality assurance program development, management, or monitoring.
• Strong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office are essential.
• Ability to work remotely with a flexible schedule.
• Two years of experience with DDA is preferred.
• Must work remotely from a home-based office located in the State of Tennessee.
