This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Assist in the creation and upkeep of the Quality Management System (QMS) that aligns with ISO 9001 standards.
• Aid in the formulation and ongoing management of the Quality Management Plan (QMP).
• Ensure the QMS accurately outlines and documents organizational processes, procedures, and responsibilities necessary for fulfilling quality policies, practices, and objectives.
• Track and report on quality performance metrics across all program components.
• Prepare and present quality contributions for Program Management Reviews (PMRs) and Monthly Status Reports (MSRs).
• Perform quality assessments of documentation.
• Maintain configuration settings, version details, and system baseline data.
• Review and authenticate test outcomes, deficiency reports, and their resolutions.
• Identify, document, monitor, and report quality non-compliance issues across all program components.
• Provide support for the nationwide deployment, installation, testing, and ongoing maintenance of the Tower Simulation System program.
• Collaborate directly with the Program Manager, Deputy Program Manager, and Program Control Principal.
• Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 5 years of experience in Quality Management, Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 3–5 years of progressive experience in quality assurance on complex federal government IT or systems integration projects.
• Proven experience in quality assurance.
• Familiarity with implementing and maintaining Quality Management Systems (QMS) that comply with ISO 9001 standards.
• Must be a U.S. Person.
• Must successfully pass required background checks and security screenings.
• Previous experience as a Quality Assurance Analyst on an FAA or DoD simulation/training system program.
• Experience in supporting quality assurance for programs with extensive nationwide multi-site deployments.
• Willingness to participate in quarterly PMRs at specified locations.
• Availability to support both in-person and virtual meetings.
• Capability to conduct on-site quality assessments at designated locations.
• ISO 9001 Lead Auditor Certification is recommended.
• Remote primary work location.
