
Quality Analyst – Process & Standard Development

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversees compliance with Document Management System standards for North America, including records and operational practices.
• Collaborates with Global FSQ to develop and refine standards and policies; incorporates insights and experiences from North American locations.
• Ensures that standards, practices, and records are consistently updated in collaboration with North American stakeholders.
• Delivers training and support for newly established or revised standards across North American sites.
• Aids in the development and implementation of the eQMS project throughout North American sites.
• Conducts compliance evaluations at Kraft Heinz manufacturing plants.
• Provides system administration support for various internal Kraft Heinz systems (e.g., Intelex, Veeva, SharePoint sites).
• Facilitates the implementation of the FSSC Certification Scheme and training initiatives across North American locations.
• Enhances factory knowledge regarding North American standards and policies to boost compliance.
• Conducts data analysis, monitoring, and trending of essential metrics for strategic reporting.
• Provides site support as necessary across different facilities.
• A Bachelor's degree is preferred, ideally in Food Science, Engineering, Science, or a related discipline.
• Recent graduates or individuals with 1-2+ years of experience in quality or significant experience in the food industry in an Operational or Quality capacity.
• Familiarity with Kraft Heinz Quality Policies and Procedures is advantageous.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and effectively navigate changing project timelines and priorities.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and planning skills.
• A proactive, results-driven self-starter who thrives in a remote work environment.
• Capability to influence key business stakeholders, assess and mitigate risks, and communicate effectively across the supply chain as necessary.
• Experience with ISO and/or FSSC 22000 is a plus.
• Proficient in Excel and capable of performing data analysis.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Willingness to travel approximately 30% of the time.
