This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Conduct audits on calls, interactions, and transactions for designated teammates.
• Provide coaching to teammates aimed at enhancing performance specific to campaigns.
• Report on performance metrics for an assigned group on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
• Offer insights and foundational audits for necessary briefings and training sessions.
• Collaborate with team leaders (TL) to facilitate team meetings focused on improving metrics.
• Engage in strategic projects related to the campaign or line of business (LOB).
• Identify and escalate any potential quality issues in accordance with established processes.
• Isolate and document defects as they arise.
• Confirm the resolution of identified defects.
• Propose enhancements to processes or systems based on prevalent customer issues.
• Fulfill additional responsibilities assigned by management.
• Lead quality initiatives, contests, and campaigns for the designated group.
• Stay updated on knowledge and act as a subject matter expert (SME) for the campaign/LOB.
• A degree in any field is preferred.
• At least 1 year of experience working as a quality analyst.
• Basic proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
• Strong problem-solving capabilities.
• Familiarity with fundamental quality tools such as cause and effect diagrams, histograms, and correlation analysis.
• Experience in the Healthcare industry.
• Ability to work from home with a stable internet connection and a private workspace.
