This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

• Quality assurance in mobile services

• Monitoring, controlling, and ensuring compliance with quality standards in the service network

• Continuous development and optimization of the quality management system

• Planning and overseeing external certification audits

• Conducting internal quality and process audits

• Training teams and verifying adherence to internal standards

• Analyzing deviations and initiating corrective actions

• Interface management with management, operations team, and technicians

• Assisting in complaint assessment and finding efficient solutions

• Knowledge in the establishment, maintenance, and optimization of quality management systems

• Proficient in handling internal and external audits

• Ideally experienced in the automotive or workshop sector, particularly in the automotive glass or service technician environment

• Willingness to travel throughout Germany

• Qualification as an internal auditor or quality management representative (QMB) is an advantage

• Structured working style, strong communication skills, and confident in using digital tools
