Qualified Lawyer, Attorney – Corporate Law, Legal Tech

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• You will manage a diverse array of legal mandates and take an active role in defining how we implement and enhance technology-assisted processes and tools in our daily advisory functions.

• Client-facing advisory: You will be the main point of contact for our clients regarding all issues pertaining to corporate law, emphasizing contract, commercial, and corporate law.

• Contract drafting & review: You will engage in negotiations, draft, and assess contracts, including those in complex international contexts.

• Dispute resolution: You will advocate for our clients in both court and out-of-court disputes, employing a pragmatic and assertive approach.

• Rethinking processes: You will evaluate clients’ legal workflows and identify efficiency opportunities through standardization and digitalization.

• Legal Tech in practice: You will utilize our Legal Tech tools, offer feedback to our technology team, and contribute to their ongoing development.

• Client relationships: You will cultivate and enhance long-term mandates, becoming a trusted advisor for your client contacts.

⛳️ Requirements

• Fully qualified lawyer holding both state examinations (Volljurist) and bar admission.

• Several years of relevant experience in corporate/business law, preferably in an in-house capacity or with a legal service provider.

• Proficiency in legal project management and managing complex mandates.

• A genuine passion for Legal Tech and a proactive approach to rethinking advisory processes.

• Fluent in German and possess very good English language skills.

• Independent, organized, and efficient working style.

• A service-oriented mentality, teamwork spirit, and a pleasure in direct client interaction.

• Willingness to travel occasionally.
