QA Test Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to establish testing objectives.

• Create and document testing plans, strategies, and exit criteria.

• Conduct both manual and automated testing on applications.

• Ensure software compatibility across a variety of browsers and devices.

• Design and implement performance tests for systems with high traffic.

• Leverage AI-driven testing methodologies to enhance coverage and efficiency.

• Document and report any bugs and defects identified during testing.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a similar field.

• 4–6 years of experience in a Software Quality Assurance role.

• Strong grasp of software QA methodologies.

• Practical experience in both automation and manual testing.

• Proficiency in key automation testing frameworks (e.g., Selenium, TestNG, Playwright, Cypress).

• Advanced knowledge of performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter, LoadRunner, Gatling).

• Experience with API testing tools like Postman.

• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions).
