QA Lead Engineer – AEM

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Qatar.

📋 Description

• Establish and oversee the comprehensive QA strategy throughout all phases of the project.

• Supervise functional requirements, integrations, Azure microservices, performance, security, and accessibility.

• Set quality gates for each environment and release cycle.

• Manage test engineers from Managed Service Providers (MSP) and verify test outcomes.

• Incorporate QA processes into Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.

• Propel test automation to facilitate a streamlined migration process.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated leadership experience in Quality Assurance within enterprise web platforms.

• Ideally experienced with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and headless testing methodologies.

• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, test automation frameworks, and cloud environments.

• Strong analytical abilities with a background in Agile/Scrum methodologies.

• Proficient in English, both spoken and written, is crucial.
