QA Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

• Oversee the testing strategy for products of national significance.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in Quality/Software Testing, with a background in technical leadership or managing QA strategies.

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline.

• Strong proficiency in developing automation frameworks (E2E, Integration, and API) using contemporary programming languages (TypeScript, C#, or JavaScript).

• Extensive experience in testing structured RESTful APIs, microservices, and messaging systems.

• Practical experience in monitoring and enhancing technical efficiency metrics (DORA framework, production defect rates, test coverage).

• Familiarity with functional security testing and foundational vulnerability analysis (OWASP Top 10).

• Solid SQL capabilities for validating data in relational databases, along with experience in Cloud environments.

• Experience or a keen interest in utilizing AI tools (Generative AI, code copilots, or autonomous testing tools) to enhance scenario creation and automation.
