This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Conduct manual testing to guarantee the quality of our web platform and mobile applications.
• Develop test plans, execute test cases, and perform regression testing cycles.
• Manage issues identified by support agents and confirm fixes for software releases.
• Execute security assessments using the OWASP toolset and perform usability tests on applications.
• Track and evaluate application stability trends, creating tickets for any issues discovered.
• Collaborate in Weekly Code Review Meetings and assess test outcomes.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Manual Testing.
• Manual Testing Expertise: Over 3 years of practical experience in manual testing for web applications, admin panels, APIs, and mobile applications (iOS and Android).
• Test Planning: Demonstrated capability to design, document, and uphold regression test plans and test cases from the ground up.
• API Testing: Skilled in using Postman and/or Swagger for API validation and testing.
• SQL: Proficient in MySQL 8, capable of writing queries to validate data, troubleshoot bugs, and prepare test data.
• Mobile Testing Tools: Familiarity with LambdaTest (or equivalent cloud device labs), Apple TestFlight, and Google Play Internal Testing.
• Analytics Tools: Knowledgeable in Google Analytics (GA4), Firebase, Crashlytics, and MS Clarity for monitoring application stability and user behavior.
• Bug Tracking & Project Tools: Experience with GitLab (or similar), JIRA, and structured issue reporting.
• Security Testing: Basic understanding of the OWASP toolset for web application security assessments.
• Browser & Device Coverage: Systematic approach to cross-browser and cross-device testing.
• Workstation (Mandatory):
• Computer: A dedicated personal workstation (not shared, not employer-owned) with adequate performance for running browsers, emulators, and testing tools.
• Audio: A USB headset with noise cancellation to ensure clear communication during meetings.
• Internet: A stable wired Ethernet connection with a minimum of 20 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload speeds.
• Backup Internet: An alternative internet connection (mobile hotspot or second ISP) to ensure continuity.
