This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +2 more states.
• Oversee and direct air quality permitting initiatives
• Execute thorough assessments of air quality
• Draft and evaluate air permit submissions
• Liaise with regulatory bodies
• Offer technical advice to clients
• Conduct air dispersion modeling and risk evaluations
• Keep abreast of changing air quality regulations
• Mentor and guide junior employees
• Engage in business development efforts
• Work in tandem with cross-disciplinary teams
• In-depth understanding of federal and state air quality regulations (e.g., Clean Air Act)
• Established experience with air dispersion modeling software, including AERMOD, CALPUFF, and EPA tools like MOVES
• Strong proficiency in technical writing
• Proven knowledge of project budgeting and financial monitoring
• Skilled at leading and contributing to project meetings
• Demonstrated capacity to build client relationships
• Dedicated to quality assurance and ongoing education
• Excellent collaboration and problem-solving abilities
• Experience in project management
• Familiarity with emission control technologies and conducting air quality risk assessments is advantageous
