This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.
• Conduct manual testing for both web and mobile applications.
• Identify, document, and monitor defects while collaborating with the development team to address them.
• Develop, audit, and revise test cases and QA documentation as necessary.
• Assess and test requirements during grooming sessions prior to the commencement of development.
• Execute functional, regression, exploratory, and user acceptance testing.
• Validate essential business scenarios, including quotes, block-offs, abandoned carts, multiple quantity orders, and multiple bookings per order.
• Test flows related to booking, reservations, payments, and finance.
• Collaborate closely with developers, designers, product managers, and QA colleagues to grasp functionality and plan testing effectively.
• Assume responsibility for assigned features from initiation to completion.
• A minimum of 3 years of QA experience.
• Extensive experience in manual testing.
• Proven experience with testing web applications.
• Demonstrated experience in testing mobile applications.
• Proficient in creating and maintaining test documentation.
• Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, tools, and industry best practices.
• Solid grasp of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC), QA processes, and defect lifecycle.
• Capability to navigate complex business flows, roles, and permissions.
• Experience with testing booking, reservation, finance, or payment-related systems.
• Familiarity with PSP integrations or payment provider workflows.
• Proficient in English at B2 level or higher.
