This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

• Acquire a comprehensive understanding of our software’s functionalities.

• Collaborate with pertinent stakeholders to revise training and support documentation.

• Develop and revise test cases for both new and existing features.

• Design, develop, and sustain automated test suites for our software.

• Implement and execute performance and load testing to confirm the software's capacity to manage anticipated user volumes.

• Actively engage in defining the organization's overall testing strategy.

• Document and establish quality assurance processes and best practices.

• Work closely with software engineers to identify, troubleshoot, and address defects.

• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related discipline is preferred.

• At least 3 years of experience in testing web applications.

• Strong knowledge of QA strategies and methodologies.

• Proficiency in automated testing tools and test data generation frameworks.

• Experience testing graphical user interfaces (GUIs), REST APIs, and GraphQL APIs.

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies, including hands-on experience in Agile settings.

• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, collaboration, and communication abilities.

• Experience with cloud technologies, preferably AWS, along with proficiency in Git.
