QA Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.

• Ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of software solutions.

• Leverage comprehensive testing methodologies, technical expertise, and an understanding of business needs to validate products.

• Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to create and implement effective testing strategies.

• Identify and resolve issues to enhance development processes.

• Uphold high standards of software quality and improve user satisfaction across all solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

• Over 5 years of experience in software testing and quality assurance.

• Proficiency with Selenium, SonarQube, aXe, pa11y, NeoLoad, and Postman.

• Progressive experience with relevant technologies, with an understanding of the roles they interact with and how their work influences business objectives.

• Demonstrates a moderate understanding of testing methodologies.

• Strong grasp of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.

• Experience in crafting clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases.

• Practical experience with both manual and automated testing.

• Solid understanding of SQL and scripting.

• Experience working within an Agile/Scrum development framework.

• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.

• Must be a US Citizen or legal resident eligible to work domestically.

• Must be able to obtain low-level security clearance.
