QA Engineer – AI-Assisted Test Development

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Participate in quality assurance processes throughout the planning, development, and release phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

• Leverage AI-driven development tools to design, create, validate, and sustain test assets on a large scale.

• Assess and scrutinize AI-generated test results prior to their incorporation into the repository, identifying false positives, coverage gaps, and flaky assertions.

• Collaborate with developers, product teams, and QA leadership to establish quality benchmarks and effectively communicate risks.

• Envision solutions that scale from small to extensive test environments, understanding how to architect for growth.

• Quickly adapt processes in response to evolving product landscapes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in software quality assurance, testing, or software development.

• Proficient in one or more programming languages such as JavaScript, Python, Java, C#, or TypeScript.

• Practical experience with test automation frameworks (e.g., Cypress, Playwright, or similar) for API and web UI testing.

• Proven ability to collaborate effectively with AI coding assistants and produce reliable, production-ready outcomes.

• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

• A proactive and inquisitive mindset - eager to learn and develop.

• Capacity for critical thinking and adaptability in a dynamic environment.
