QA Automation Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Lithuania.

📋 Description

• Conduct cross-browser testing across various platforms such as Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge, and others.

• Ensure front-end functionality, maintain UI consistency, assess responsiveness, and meet fundamental accessibility standards.

• Detect and document compatibility, rendering, and performance-related issues.

• Develop, implement, and oversee end-to-end (E2E) test scenarios that encompass entire user workflows.

• Collaborate with developers to integrate automated E2E tests into continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.

• Create and manage test cases for API endpoints.

• Perform performance tests to evaluate system responsiveness under varying loads.

• Create stress test scenarios to assess system limits and resilience during sudden traffic surges.

• Work closely with developers to efficiently resolve bugs.

• Utilize AI tools to enhance test design and automation processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience with browser testing frameworks such as Playwright, Selenium, or similar tools.

• Strong skills in API testing using tools like Postman or equivalents.

• Familiarity with performance and stress testing tools such as k6 or JMeter.

• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and the integration of tests into automated workflows.

• Knowledge of 3-layer application architecture.

• Understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Scrum methodology.

• A quality-first approach — you have a keen eye for detail and are proactive in addressing issues.

• Excellent communication abilities and the capacity to work autonomously within a team setting.

• Proficient in leveraging AI tools to enhance productivity and improve test quality.
