QA Automation Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Develop and sustain end-to-end automated tests utilizing Playwright (in TypeScript).

• Conduct exploratory and manual testing for newly introduced features and intricate workflows.

• Address UI, API, and business logic scenarios.

• Collaborate closely with developers and analysts to pinpoint edge cases and enhance test coverage.

• Participate in refining our QA processes, tools, and reporting mechanisms.

⛳️ Requirements

• Familiarity with testing techniques and their application.

• Strong analytical abilities and a quick understanding of product functionality.

• Background in web UI testing, end-to-end test scenarios, and API testing.

• Comprehension of web application operational principles.

• Commitment to thoroughly investigating issues (including logs, SQL, Fiddler, IIS, Redis, etc.).

• Experience with JIRA and test management tools such as Zephyr, TestRail, or similar.

• Proficiency in version control systems: Git and SVN; knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript.

• Additional assets include:

• Experience in load testing of web applications.

• Familiarity with Continuous Integration tools: TeamCity, Jenkins.

• Test automation experience using Selenium WebDriver, Cucumber, Chai, Mocha, Selenoid/Selenium Grid.

• Understanding of object-oriented programming principles.
