QA Automation Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Develop and sustain end-to-end automated testing utilizing Playwright (in TypeScript).

• Conduct exploratory and manual testing for new functionalities and intricate workflows.

• Address scenarios related to UI, API, and business logic.

• Collaborate closely with developers and analysts to pinpoint edge cases and enhance test coverage.

• Contribute to the advancement of our QA processes, tools, and reporting mechanisms.

⛳️ Requirements

• Familiarity with testing methodologies and their practical application.

• Strong analytical abilities with a quick grasp of product functionality.

• Experience in web UI testing, end-to-end test scenarios, and API testing.

• Comprehension of web application operational principles.

• Eagerness to thoroughly investigate issues (analyzing logs, SQL, Fiddler, IIS, Redis, etc.).

• Proven experience with JIRA and Test Management tools such as Zephyr, TestRail, or equivalent.

• Proficiency in version control systems: Git and SVN; familiarity with JavaScript/TypeScript.

• Additional advantages include:

• Experience in load testing of web applications.

• Familiarity with Continuous Integration tools like TeamCity and Jenkins.

• Test automation experience with Selenium WebDriver, Cucumber, Chai, Mocha, Selenoid/Selenium Grid.

• Understanding of Object-Oriented Programming principles.
