This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Execute functional, regression, smoke, and acceptance testing on both new and existing features.
• Identify, document, and relay defects to the development team, ensuring prompt resolution.
• Test AI-driven product features for accuracy, reliability, usability, edge cases, and unintended behaviors.
• Leverage AI-assisted workflows to enhance test planning, test case generation, exploratory testing, documentation, and overall QA efficiency.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product, development, and design to review project requirements, provide input during the testing phase, and guarantee alignment on quality expectations.
• Maintain thorough records of test plans, test cases, and results, ensuring clear and consistent documentation for stakeholders.
• Organize and manage daily QA tasks across multiple priorities, concentrating testing efforts on the highest-risk and highest-impact areas, while proactively communicating status, blockers, risks, and trade-offs to stakeholders.
• Share insights to improve testing processes, documentation standards, and workflows. Champion quality throughout every stage of the software development lifecycle.
• Take initiative, fulfill commitments, meet expected business outcomes, and continuously seek ways to elevate quality standards across the product and team.
• Assume personal responsibility for the quality and timeliness of work, effectively manage day-to-day priorities, and consistently deliver expected results with minimal oversight.
• Capable of managing multiple testing priorities, sequencing work based on risk and business impact, adapting swiftly when priorities change, and clearly conveying trade-offs or risks.
• 1 - 3 years of experience in a QA Analyst or equivalent role, ideally with healthcare-related software, particularly in rehab therapy or similar fields.
• Strong experience with manual testing methodologies such as functional, regression, smoke, and acceptance testing.
• Experience in testing AI-enabled features or a strong desire to learn how to evaluate AI outputs, identify edge cases, and utilize AI or agentic tools to enhance QA workflows.
• Excellent documentation skills for creating test cases, test plans, and bug reports.
• Outstanding ability to identify issues and inconsistencies in software and provide actionable feedback.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
• Robust analytical skills with a focus on troubleshooting and resolving issues.
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Proven ability to consistently deliver high-quality work with a strong sense of urgency, follow-through, and ownership.
