QA Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Review documentation of requirements and acceptance criteria.

• Create detailed manual testing specifications that are applicable across all supported technologies.

• Implement comprehensive testing solutions for our product offerings.

• Identify, reproduce, and monitor defects while verifying resolutions.

• Serve as an advocate for Agile QA by adhering to principles such as Test Driven Development (TD).

• Operate efficiently under tight deadlines.

• Create and manage bugs throughout their lifecycle using Jira.

• Carry out other job-related responsibilities as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• 1-3 years of professional experience in testing.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Excellent troubleshooting and diagnostic analytical abilities.

• Experience in supporting release activities.

• Familiarity with the Credit Union industry is preferred.

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or a related technology field, or an equivalent amount of experience.
