• Assist in the development of custom plugins and third-party integrations for a commercial-off-the-shelf cybersecurity software solution.
• Design, develop, and implement data models, indexing structures, and storage strategies.
• Ingest and index processes while transforming and normalizing data to standardized formats using log aggregation tools (e.g., Elasticsearch and Splunk).
• Enhance data during ingestion and querying processes.
• Create queries for large datasets.
• At least 5 years of extensive experience in Python programming.
• Proven experience in authoring and developing Python libraries.
• Proficiency in utilizing REST and SOAP APIs to query and modify data across various third-party applications.
• Familiarity with Git, CI/CD, and additional development tools.
• Experience with cloud infrastructure and networking in AWS and/or Azure.
• A degree in a STEM-related field and/or a minimum of 5 years of cybersecurity experience.
• Preferred: Experience with SOAR tools, including Swimlane, Cyber Triage, and Phantom.
• Experience with the ELK stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana), Elastic Cloud on Kubernetes (ECK), Kafka, Beats, and/or Splunk.
• Experience modeling databases (both relational and non-relational), particularly with MongoDB.
• Configuration management experience using Ansible, Terraform, Chef, or Puppet.
• Experience with container services such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Linux administration experience.
• Active (ISC)2 CISSP certification.
• 100% remote, work-from-home position available throughout the continental United States.
