Python Cloud Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Latin America.

📋 Description

• Develop clean and maintainable code using Python.

• Create scalable services and APIs leveraging event-driven and service bus architectures.

• Assist in designing and constructing data analytics pipelines and infrastructure.

• Generate Unit, Integration, and Full end-to-end automated tests utilizing popular testing tools.

• Work collaboratively with business stakeholders and product owners to deliver high-quality software.

• Provide support to colleagues in overcoming technical challenges, acquiring new skills, and fostering innovation!

• Maintain transparency, honesty, and dedication to delivering code that instills pride!

⛳️ Requirements

• Developed and launched at least six production-ready features.

• Profound understanding of Cloud Architectural Patterns with practical experience in AWS.

• Capable of engaging in in-depth discussions about Python frameworks and application architecture with senior developers, showcasing knowledge of fundamental principles, advantages/disadvantages, and implementation strategies.

• Proficient in applying common Python design patterns effortlessly.

• Experience with version control systems (e.g., git) is essential.

• Experience working in a team environment and preferably familiar with SCRUM/Agile methodologies.

• Proficient in English, as all email, Slack communications, and video meetings with clients will be conducted in English.
