Public Relations Executive

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal.

📋 Description

• Engage with journalists to secure media placements in fashion, lifestyle, and business outlets.

• Master the essentials: crafting press releases, fostering journalist relationships, brand storytelling, and maintaining content quality.

• Assist in our Brand Ambassador program: outreach, briefings, and managing ambassador relationships.

• Facilitate partnerships with sports RX, community sports teams, NGOs, and cultural institutions.

• Collaborate with influencers, designers, and cultural personalities to support house-brand collections alongside the merchandising team.

• Develop a diverse earned media presence across tier-1 publications, niche authority websites, and cultural outlets.

• Ensure our brand is prominently featured across various platforms: podcasts, Reddit, LinkedIn, newspapers, TV, and editorial content.

• Partner closely with our Social and Influencer lead to translate influencer reach into brand recognition.

• Manage the editorial calendar, overseeing briefs, review cycles, and publishing speed.

• Monitor media coverage and report on effective strategies in a clear and concise manner.

• Conduct disciplined experiments with formats and hooks, promptly discontinuing ineffective approaches.

• Over 3 years of direct experience in PR, Brand, or Partnerships.

• Comfortable collaborating with merchandising, influencer, creative, and SEO teams.

• A self-starter with a proactive approach to taking action.
