Public Relations Analyst I

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Create and validate editorial content, including press releases and presentations.

• Collaborate with the press office and communication agencies on daily tasks.

• Conduct daily news clipping and compile reports on brand and competitor mentions.

• Maintain current press mailings and contact lists of influencers and partners.

• Offer logistical assistance in organizing corporate events and press conferences.

• Organize and file the archive of communication assets, which includes photographs, videos, and brand materials.

• Manage the distribution of press kits to organic influencers.

• Take proactive measures in the implementation of significant company projects.

⛳️ Requirements

• Background in journalistic writing or public relations.

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

• Proficiency in English.

• Intermediate proficiency in Spanish.

• Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Journalism, Languages, or a related field (preferred).

• Knowledge of Social Listening and Media Monitoring tools, such as Meltwater and BuzzMonitor (preferred).
